Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the LogLife app (the “App”) provided by Tokyo Wake Up Inc. (the “Company”). By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Users must create an account in order to use the App. Users are responsible for managing their own account information, and the Company is not liable for unauthorized use by third parties.

The App is a life-logging service that records and visualizes the user’s daily activities. The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the content of the service without prior notice.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct.

• Conduct that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals
• Conduct that infringes the rights of the Company or third parties
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the App
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Improperly obtaining information about other users
• Improperly using the App for commercial purposes
• Any conduct the Company deems inappropriate

All intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the content of the App without the Company’s prior written consent.

The Company makes no warranty whatsoever as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App. The Company bears no liability for damages arising from use of the App, except where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted within the App or on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to these Terms.

Some features of the App are available by signing up for a paid subscription (the “Subscription”). Purchase, payment, renewal, and cancellation of the Subscription are handled through the Apple App Store.

• The price, billing period, and availability of a free trial are as shown on the in-app purchase screen and in the App Store.
• The Subscription renews automatically. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews automatically and is charged at the same price.
• Cancellation is available from Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device, or from your App Store account settings. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the next renewal date stops any further charges.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws and regulations.
• The Company may change the price or content of the Subscription with prior notice.
